Gregory H. Brack
 

Gregory H. Brack can offer representation that is designed to get the job done.  Mr. Brack's approach takes advantage of all aspects of the law and legal relationships to garner success for the firm's clients.  He is pragmatic and personable, never underestimating the power of networks and negotiation.  While he enjoys the challenges of litigation, Mr. Brack is the first to suggest other forms of resolution if his client's best interest lies elsewhere.

 

Mr. Brack's work constitutes both trial and transactional work.  He has many business and commercial clients who turn to him for courtroom representation as well as compliance with regulatory and governmental agencies, along with the Uniform Commercial Code.  His practice has evolved to include commercial bankruptcy matters, although he concentrates exclusively on representing creditors, consisting mostly of banks and lending institutions. He has many clients in the construction and development, banking, and finance industries, and is well versed in construction law, business and commercial law, along with arbitration.

 

Gregory H. Brack graduated from Valparaiso University Law School in 1990. Before that Mr. Brack received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Marquette University in 1987. Mr. Brack also speaks fluent German.

 

Gregory H. Brack practices mainly personal injury litigation and consumer litigation. Mr. Brack is admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia, along with the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, and the United States District Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Phillip L. Westee
 

Philip Lee Westee has practiced law since 1986.  His career has been centered on litigation but his accomplishments have occurred in and out of the courtroom.  A precise and gifted analyst, Mr. Westee's clients can expect tireless and thorough review of all theory and procedure when they turn to him for legal advice.  While much of his practice centers on personal injury matters, wrongful death suits, products liability, and professional medical malpractice, he also practices criminal law and provides representation in business disputes.  His advocacy skills have influenced the law through several reported cases, including, Duncan v. Integon, 482 S.E.2d 325 (Ga. 1997).

 

While he has influenced the law through his work in court, Mr. Westee has also affected the practice of law through his teaching and writing.  He has lectured on subrogation through the Cobb County Bar Association, assisting local lawyers with this complicated issue.  Mr. Westee has also published his article The Evolution of the Complete Compensation Rule in Georgia, in The Verdict.  He has been a member of the Georgia Bar Association since 1986 and is admitted in all Georgia Courts, including state and superior courts, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.  He is also admitted to practice law in New York Courts.  Mr. Westee is also admitted to practice in the federal court system through the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

 

Mr. Westee graduated from Atlanta's Emory University School of Law in 1986.  He also earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 1986 through a joint studies program from Emory University Graduate School of Business Administration.  Mr. Westee did his undergraduate work at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, earning a Bachelor or Arts degree in political science in 1982.
